Emails not getting through?

Some email clients are very cautious about the emails they accept, and sometimes emails from Test Partnership get rejected. To avoid this problem, please white-list our email address:

Instructions on how to to this for various mail clients are as follows:

Instructions for Hotmail:
1. Click the ‘options’ gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Safe and blocked senders’
3. Click ‘Safe senders’
4. Enter and click ‘Add to list’


Instructions for Yahoo Mail:
1. Click the ‘options’ gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select ‘Settings’ from the list that drops down.
3. Click Filters. Click the Add button.
4. Enter a name for the filter, such as Test Partnership.
4. In the ‘From’ row choose ‘contains’ and enter
5. Click Save. Click Save again.


Instructions for GMail:

1. Click on the Settings cog in the top-right corner and go to settings.
2. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
3. Click Create a new filter.
4. In the From field enter ""
5. Click Create filter with this search.
6. Check the box that says Never send it to spam and click Create filter.


Outlook 2010
1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.
