Are there Different Tests for Different Candidate Levels?

The tests are the same for all candidate levels, however you can select the norm group most representative of the candidates you are assessing, in order for comparisons to be made among candidates. Norm groups are chosen during project creation and it is important that the candidates you wish to compare to one another have been tested against the same norm group.
